How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery charge is AED 25 per order for orders with products totalling under AED 250. Multiple items can be placed on one order, with one delivery charge as long as your order is being delivered to the same address.

Standard delivery  1 to 3 working days (excludes bank holidays)

Free on orders over AED 250.

If your order total is under AED 250, you will be charged AED 25 for delivery.

Next working day delivery (excludes bank holidays)

Monday to Saturday ordered before 4pm 

Free on orders over AED 250.

If your order total is under AED 250, you will be charged AED 25 for delivery.

If ordered on Saturday, your order will arrive on Tuesday. If you order on Sunday, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

*If we do not deliver your order the next working day we will refund the delivery fee. If your order is late, please contact christy.support@jumbo.ae.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Shipping outside of the UAE is temporarily unavailable. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 working days (ordered Monday to Friday) and expect to deliver your order within a maximum of 3 working days, although the majority of orders are delivered before this.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track and divert your delivery easily and contact christy.support@jumbo.ae.
