Click and Collect
We are delighted to offer our customers in the UAE a "Click & Collect" service. This service allows you to pick up your goods when you want at a collection location that's convenient for you. No more missed deliveries.
When you go to the checkout page, you will see three delivery options: ship to your billing address, ship to an alternative delivery address, or Click & Collect. If you wish to use Click & Collect, just select this option and you will be shown a selection of collection locations to choose from.
What happens next?
Once you have completed checkout, you will receive the order confirmation from us as normal.
Then you will receive another message when your item arrives into the store and is available to collect.
We will use the same contact details as provided with the order, so please do provide your mobile number if you would like notification of when the goods ready via a personal phone call.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen "Click & Collect" location?
You can still choose your shipping options as usual - so delivery time will be based upon the location that you select. Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen Collection Point. Our delivery times to the Collection Points are the same as our usual delivery times, direct to customer homes.
"What do I need to have with me when I collect my parcel?
Please take a copy of your order confirmation (soft copy is OK) or proof of ID to collect your parcel.
When making a collection, what ID is accepted?
Collection Points accept the following forms of ID:
- National Identity Card with photo
- Driving licence with photo
- Passport
What should I do if I don’t receive confirmation that the goods are ready to pick up?
If you haven’t been contacted within 24 hours of your parcel’s expected arrival date, then please contact customerservice@christy.ae and our Customer Service team will be able to help you. You can also contact them via phone or whatsapp on +971 50 177 9611.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your order number and full name and contact details. Please let us know in advance if you will send someone else to pick up your order.
What if my order includes back-ordered items?
Your order can be split into multiple deliveries. Your in-stock items will be processed as usual for collection at your selected location. Your back-ordered items will be processed and sent once they arrive in our warehouse. In this instance you will receive two separate notifications of delivery from us.
How long will I have to collect my parcel?
You have 7 days to collect your parcel. After seven days, the store may return the item to our warehouse, until you are ready to pick it up, or instruct for it to be delivered to an alternate location.
What should I do if my parcel isn't available when I arrive at the Click & Collect location?
