How much does delivery cost?
FREE delivery within UAE on all orders.
International shipping available within GCC countries. Our customer service team can advise the cost, as there may be a charge on smaller orders.
Standard delivery time: 1-2 working days within the UAE
Free on ALL orders within the UAE. Next business day delivery is common in Dubai, delivery within 2 days in Abu Dhabi or other Emirates.
For example, if ordered on Friday, your order should arrive on Saturday. If you order on Saturday, your order will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.
However if you require urgent delivery, please let us know - we aim for all of our customers to be happy.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes, shipping is always available to other GCC countries. Additional fees may be applicable for international shipping on smaller orders.
Some items can be delivered to other countries outside of the GCC.

How will my order be delivered?
We use our own drivers and a variety of couriers for delivery, which allows us to select the best service based on your order size and delivery address.
As well as home delivery, we are delighted to offer our customers across the UAE a convenient Click & Collect service. This service allows you to pick up your goods when you want and at a store location that's convenient for you. For more information, see our Click & Collect page.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver your goods within 1 working day (for orders placed Monday to Friday) in Dubai or Sharjah, and within two to three working days to other places in the UAE.
Delivery to overseas locations will be quoted separately.
