How can I pay?
Christy offers secure and instant credit and debit card payments with our partner Telr Dubai Payment Gateway. Please note that the payment will be validated and your card will be debited when you confirm the order.
How do I use a discount code?
Please enter your discount code in the appropriate box on the checkout page and press the 'Add Promotional Code' button. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and are valid on full priced merchandise only.
How do I check the status of an order?
Although we endeavour to deliver all orders within five working days if you haven't received your items within this time frame, or during this time please email customerservice@christy.ae and we'll be happy to confirm the status of your order. You can also call or whatsapp on +971 50 177 9611.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order anytime before dispatch, please contact customerservice@christy.ae.
We are happy to refund or exchange any purchased items, as long as they are unused, unwashed and with ALL original packaging, so items can be repacked and re-sold.
