Christy heritage



We’ve certainly come a long way since we first opened our doors in 1850 - recognised the world over for our quality and timeless products. We owe that rich heritage to every member of the Christy family, past and present. Whether that be our incredible and talented employees or our loyal customers, every individual has played a part in our story, and we want to know all about it!


Our brand is embarking on a new adventure, one to secure for the next generation. But in order to move forward we need to pay tribute to our past, and we need your help. We want to share our rich heritage in ways we have never done before. We are looking for ex-Christy employees from the Mill, staff members from our stores, customers or anyone with a story to share about Christy.


We encourage you to share your stories with us, including any pictures that might even help us identify people in our archive (we have lots!). So join us on our voyage of discovery and let's remember Christy together.
